Spring 2020 Refund PolicyREFUND DATES Course book/material returns will be accepted until Friday, May 22, 2020. *Returns for Late Starting Classes will be accepted by Friday of the first week of instruction with proof of enrollment.
Current student ID or Driver’s License and student ID number is REQUIRED for all returns.
It is the responsibility of the student to purchase the correct book for their classes. Staff is not responsible for books purchased in error.
Books purchased NEW must be returned in the same NEW condition. If not, the USED purchase price may be refunded.
Looseleaf books, once unwrapped, are non-refundable.
Unwrapped/incomplete packages may not be eligible for refund.
Access codes must be unused and/or not scratched off. New CD envelopes must be unopened.
Books and merchandise must be returned to the main campus store regardless of purchase location.
Digital Textbooks are non-refundable if activated.
Special orders are non-refundable.
Merchandise with a manufacturer’s defect will be replaced.
Supplies not in original packaging, in opened packaging or not in new condition may not be refunded.
Sale merchandise is NOT refundable.
Merchandise may be refunded within 5 BUSINESS DAYS from the date of purchase with original receipt.
ALL SOFTWARE SALES ARE FINAL. No Refunds or exchanges.
Charge card purchase will only be credited back to the charge card the items were originally purchased on.
