Spring 2020 Refund Policy




Course book/material returns will be accepted until Friday, May 22, 2020. *Returns for Late Starting Classes will be accepted by Friday of the first week of instruction with proof of enrollment.


  • Current student ID or Driver’s License and student ID number is REQUIRED for all returns.
  • It is the responsibility of the student to purchase the correct book for their classes. Staff is not responsible for books purchased in error.
  • Books purchased NEW must be returned in the same NEW condition. If not, the USED purchase price may be refunded.
  • Looseleaf books, once unwrapped, are non-refundable.
  • Unwrapped/incomplete packages may not be eligible for refund.
  • Access codes must be unused and/or not scratched off. New CD envelopes must be unopened.
  • Books and merchandise must be returned to the main campus store regardless of purchase location.
  • Digital Textbooks are non-refundable if activated.
  • Special orders are non-refundable.


  • Merchandise with a manufacturer’s defect will be
  • replaced.
  • Supplies not in original packaging, in opened
  • packaging or not in new condition may not be
  • refunded.
  • Sale merchandise is NOT refundable.
  • Merchandise may be refunded within 5 BUSINESS DAYS from the date of purchase with original receipt.


  • ALL SOFTWARE SALES ARE FINAL. No Refunds or exchanges.

Charge card purchase will only be credited back to the charge card the items were originally purchased on.
