Merchandise Shipping Policy
- A non-refundable $4.99 shipping fee is added to each merchandise order.
- A non-refundable $10.00 shipping fee is added to each combination order of merchandise and textbooks.
- Your order confirmation will show the default shipping fee of $10.00. The correct shipping fee (stated above) will be applied, based on your order, at the time of payment processing.
- Online merchandise orders are shipped within one to two business days after the date ordered.
- All orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS, which generally takes three to four business days.
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
- Express shipping is not available.
- If we are out of stock on one or more of the items you ordered, you will be contacted via email about alternatives.
- Gift Wrapping is available for a $3.99 fee per item.
